Update regarding IQVIA's OLA

We have contacted several relevant federal and governmental bodies in both the United States and the European Union regarding the concerns raised by IQVIA's OLA.

We have reviewed the new IQVIA Language Solutions Operating Level Agreement for Freelance Suppliers. And we have concerns.

The agreement includes fee reductions of up to 15% for certain quality-related issues, reductions of up to 100% for certain issues and late delivery.
